Day by Day

Sickness is not helping the motivational process. With this new semester, and new year I am going to set little goals for myself. I have spent a very long time stressing about the overall goal and how I’m going to get there when in all reality it’s the day by day process that gets you there. 

So by Friday, March 12th:

Goals:

I will have a 3.0 GPA in school

I will have worked out 30 outta the 48 days I have

I will have maintained my weight of 175lbs (if not lower lol)

I will have finished one leisurely book

I will have made 4 pottery pieces

Better stop there. Can’t set my hopes too high :) I want to be able to do this. I know I am able to but will my emotional and mental “issues” lol get in my way. 

No, I will be positive with myself. I can do this.
